WHAT IS ORGANIZING?
A group of workers looking to join a union is “ organizing.” Workers organize for various reasons: to improve working conditions, increase pay or benefits, and/or to create a better work environment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR THE JATC TRAINING PROGRAM?
- High School Diploma or GED with scores
- Transcript of courses and grades original
- Birth Certificate or other acceptable proof of age
- Records of previous work experience, if any (Resume)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Social Security Card
